At Kikuya, we value our customers and strive to provide peace of mind with every purchase. If your product is not as described, you may request a return within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that after this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import/duties incurred, and the cost of returning the parcel. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
Product Variations
As many of our products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, pattern, or design may occur. These differences are considered normal and not grounds for return.
